“If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” Col.3:1

The things above change the things on earth. When Christ was on earth He had a tremendous impact on His surroundings. He transformed lives. His presence lead people to repentance. He took regular men and made them Kingdom scholars. He healed the sick    restored, some who have died. He feed thousands. The things above transform the things on earth.

There is a saying which goes “One is so heavenly minded, they are no earthly good”; the truth is Heaven is all earthly minded. Angels are ministering spirits for the children of God. God watches over Israel. The animals on earth look to God for food.
The young lions roar after their prey, And seek their food from God. Psalm 104:21

Heaven is watching over earth; especially that Satan has come down with great wrath.
Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:12

Therefore Heaven is on my side I will not fear, what can men do unto me. This affects my life drastically because it illuminate worry, makes room for praise and it causes me to ask what can I do to make down here better. It means everything I do involves heaven.

Whatever is happening in my life God has it under control, therefore I live life obediently and excellently unto the Lord in Jesus’ name.
